French diplomacy's in trouble...

This week's edition of The Economist deals with the current movements at the head of French diplomacy. 

According to the newspaper, whose articles are always anonymous, Nicolas Sarkozy's hold on our diplomacy is at stake.

Indeed, the bottom-line is grim and the prospescts ominous for French foreign-policy. 

Will Mr. Juppé be talented enough to tackle and overcome these hardships ?
